Location: Be Medical Spa and Salon is located in the Grand HavenArmory located on the corner of Franklin and Second streets. What to Wear: For medical aesthetic services please wear comfortable clothing. A spa robe is provided for those utilizing spa services. Spa and Salon Etiquette: Please arrive at least 20 minutes before your first appointment to familiarize yourself with our facility. You are welcome to come and relax with a hot or cold tonic in the serenity room either prior to or after your service or treatment. Cancellation Policy: Any spa package requires 48 hours notice of cancellation to avoid a charge. If notified less than 48 hours you will be charged half the price of your service. If we are not notified at least 24 hours ahead or if you fail to show for your appointment we will charge you the entire amount. Gift Cards: We offer gift cards in any denomination. They are the perfect gift for any occasion.
